About Colourful Conversations

Kenya Ni Mimi is hosting the Colourful Conversations event bringing together a small group of Kenyan youth aged between 18-25 in an intimate paint-and-sip setup. The art of painting/colouring is proven to have a calming effect on the mind and body that reduces anxiety, stress, and mind blocks. The focus is to foster knowledge on mental health issues by adopting coping strategies in a relatable manner.
